摘　　要：经过国有林场的改革,我国国有林权经营已经取得较为显著的成效。本文在探索国有林权流转市场化建设中创新型做法的基础上,对国有林权流转的市场化建设从规范流转主体、流转登记、流转程序、服务和流转信息公开等方面提出完善建议,以期我国国有林权流转的市场化建设稳步发展。Through the reform of state-owned forest farm,the management of state-owned forest right has achieved remarkable results.In this paper,on the basis of studying innovative approach explored in the marketization construction of the transfer of state-owned forest rights,suggestions are put forward to improve the marketization construction of the transfer of state-owned forest rights from the aspects of standardizing the transfer subject,transfer registration,transfer procedure,service and transfer information disclosure,so as to promote the steady development of the marketization construction of the transfer of state-owned forest rights in China.
