摘  要:为了解决长水平井和多分支水平井产液剖面监测的难题,采用固体示踪剂在水平井产液剖面长期实时监测。该方法利用不同层段不同示踪剂产出浓度的相对比例来解释产液分布,这种等速释放模型会导致水平井不同层段产液解释差异较大。基于自主研制的固体示踪剂,通过核磁共振实验和扫描电镜了解固体示踪剂的微观结构,设计宏观室内实验,深入分析固体示踪剂的释放机理。通过示踪剂样品的核磁共振实验与扫描电镜微观图像分析,发现示踪剂骨架表现为与岩石骨架相似的连通孔喉结构,填充于其中的示踪成分经过外部流体的接触与冲刷逐渐溶解,向外缓慢扩散与运移。室内实验主要探究环境温度与外部流体冲刷速度对示踪剂缓释速度的影响规律,环境温度越高,外部流体对固体示踪剂的冲刷速率越大,示踪成分累积释放量越大且释放速率越快。研究结果可为采用固体示踪剂监测水平井产液剖面解释模型的进一步优化提供实验依据与可靠基础。In order to solve the problem of liquid production profile monitoring in long horizontal wells and multi-branch horizontal wells,solid tracer is used to realize long-term real-time monitoring in liquid production profile of horizontal wells.However,this method mainly uses the relative ratio of different tracer production concentration in different intervals to interpret the distribution of liquid production.This isokinetic release model will lead to great differences in the interpretation of liquid production in different intervals of horizontal wells.Based on the self-developed solid tracer,the microstructure of solid tracer is studied by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the release mechanism of solid tracer is deeply analyzed by macro laboratory experiments.Through the analysis of NMR and SEM micro images of tracer samples,it is found that the tracer skeleton is similar to the rock skeleton in the structure of connected pore throat.The tracer components filled in it gradually dissolve through the contact and erosion of external fluid,and slowly diffuse and migrate outward.Indoor experiments are mainly conducted to explore the influence of environmental temperature and external fluid scouring speed on the release rate of tracer.The higher the environmental temperature,the greater the scouring rate of external fluid to solid tracer is,the greater and faster the cumulative release amount of tracer components,and the release rate is.The research results can provide experimental basis and reliable basis for further optimization of interpretation model for monitoring liquid production profile in horizontal wells with solid tracer.
