摘  要:在等孔径射孔弹设计中,装药结构、药型罩结构、压制工艺参数等因素都会影响穿孔孔径的稳定性。在同种壳体结构和装药量条件下,从中选取药型罩锥角、药型罩质量和罩顶药高3个关键因素,采用正交优化试验方法,设计3因素3水平的正交试验方案,确定3个因素对孔径稳定性的影响程度。经试验数据分析表明,影响射孔弹穿孔孔径稳定性的主要因素是药型罩锥角,其次是药型罩质量和罩顶药高;当药型罩角度为48°、药型罩质量为48 g、罩顶药高为7 mm时为最优组合,产品平均孔径达到15.5 mm,穿孔孔径稳定性达到98.3%。In the design of equal hole shaped charge,many factors affect the stability of entrance hole,such as charge structure,liner structure and pressing parameters.Under the same conditions of the case structure and charge quantity,the cone angle of charge cover,the weight of liner and the top thickness of charge are selected as major factors.The 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal experiment plan is obtained using L9(34)orthogonal table.The testing results show that the most important factor affecting the entrance hole stability of shaped charge is the cone angle of charge type.When the angle of charge type is 48°,the weight of charge type is 48 g,and the top thickness of charge is 7 mm,the optimal combination is obtained,it makes the average hole diameter reaches 15.5 mm and the entrance hole stability reaches 98.3%.
