摘  要:近年来,射孔技术作为完井的重要一环得到大力发展,对射孔的认识及定位也从“为生产而射孔”到“为增产而射孔”再到“为储层改造而射孔”。新疆玛湖油田砾岩储层地质条件较为特殊,砾石含量在50%以上。砾岩储层使射孔弹的金属射流形成复合装甲效应,极大影响了穿孔深度及孔道状态;玛湖油田多数井使用5 in*特殊套管,对射孔弹的穿深及套管孔径产生不利影响。设计了针对砾岩储层的高性能射孔弹,实际应用表明,使用这种射孔弹能降低初始压裂施工压力,提高试挤排量,缩短压裂施工时长,取得较好射孔效果。In recent years,perforating technology as an important part of well completion has been developed,the recognition and positioning of perforating have also changed from“perforating for production”to“perforating for increasing production”to“perforating for reservoir reconstruction”.The geologic conditions of conglomerate reservoir in Mahu oilfield of Xinjiang are special,and the content of gravel is over fifty percent.The conglomerate reservoir forms a compound armor effect on the metal jet of perforating charge,which has a bad effect on the perforation depth and the channel state.Special five-inch casing is used in most wells in Mahu oilfield,which has an adverse effect on perforation depth of perforating cartridge and casing hole diameter.A high performance perforating charge is designed for conglomerate reservoir.The practical application shows that using this kind of perforating charge can reduce the initial fracturing pressure,increase the test extrusion amount,shorten the fracturing operation time and obtain better perforation effect.
