水乡城镇常规公交运营现状调研方法及结果分析

摘　　要：为解析常规公交运营问题,奠定水乡城镇发展的公共交通基础,提出一套公交运营现状调查与分析方法。从供给角度设置站点配置、线路设计、线路客流量、满载率和运行车速等指标,通过随车调研采集数据;从需求角度设置居民出行特征、公交服务满意度和关注度等指标,通过问卷调查采集信息;基于技术角度,从公交网络、站点和线路构建评价指标,通过数据挖掘和分析获取评定结果。以东莞市道滘镇为例验证方法有效性,调查结果发现:道滘镇常规公交车运营现状存在客流量少、满载率低、运输服务通达性差等供需不平衡问题,需通过调整站点、拓展线路和优化衔接方案等改进公共交通运输系统。相较于传统调研模式,新调查方法更符合水乡城镇的路网结构和运输特征,能为常规公交运营现状提供多方位分析和评价。To analyze the problems of regular public transport operation and improve its development in water towns,a comprehensive investigation and analysis method for the current situation of public transport operation is proposed.From the perspective of supply,the data of station configuration,line design,passenger flow,full load rate and running speed are collected by car-following investigation.Regarding the demand,the information of residents'travel characteristic,bus service satisfaction and attention are collected through questionnaires.As for the technology,evaluation results of the bus network,station and route are obtained though data mining and analysis.A case study of Daojiao,Dongguan is provided to demonstrate the workability.In which,the related results show that,the regular public transport operation is faced with the imbalance between supply and demand,including the low passenger flow,low load rate,and poor accessibility of transport services.Also,comparing to traditional methods,the new one is more recommended to water towns for the network structure and transport characteristics,which can provide multi-dimensional analysis and evaluation for the regular public transport operation.
