摘　　要：为解决无菌环境下白及(Biltilla striata)育苗成本高的问题及提高云南地区优质白及的生产效率,在有菌的环境下进行白及种子育苗,实现白及高效育苗、规模化生产,有利于保护白及野生资源;且种子苗移栽后能快速适应自然环境,方便简单,大大降低了育苗的成本,推广价值高。本文总结了云南地区白及种子直播育苗技术,包括种子采收、育苗基质配制及苗床整理、种子直播、播种后管理、生产田整理、移栽等方面内容,以期为种植户提供参考。In order to solve the problem of high breeding cost of Bletilla striata in a sterile environment and improve the production efficiency of high-quality Bletilla striata in Yunnan,breeding seedlings of Bletilla striata in bacterial environment can achieve efficient seedling cultivation and large-scale production of Bletilla striata,which is beneficial to the protection of wild resources of Bletilla striata.After transplanting,the seedlings can quickly adapt to the natural environment,which is convenient and simple,greatly reducing the cost of seedling raising,and has high promotion value.This paper summarized the seed direct sowing and seedling techniques of Bletilla striata in Yunnan,including seed harvesting,substrate preparation and seedbed arrangement,seed direct sowing,management after sowing,production field arrangement and transplanting,etc.,in order to provide references for growers.
