草莓根腐病病原真菌的分离纯化及ITS分子鉴定

摘　　要：为探索草莓根腐病病株及根际土壤的微生物种类,本文采用稀释涂布平板法和平板划线法对患病草莓根际土壤以及根茎进行真菌分离,并利用ITS基因序列进行分子鉴定。结果表明,从根腐病草莓病株中共分离得到12种不同的真菌,分别属于孢球拖霉属(Gongronella sp.)、棒孢拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis clavispora)、织球壳菌属(Plectosphaerella sp.)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、盘多毛孢属(Neopestalotiopsis sp.)、青霉属(Penicillium sp.)和梭孢壳属(Thielavia sp.),其中孢球拖霉属(Gongronella sp.)、盘多毛孢属(Neopestalotiopsis sp.)和梭孢壳属(Thielavia sp.)为首次在草莓根腐病植株中发现。本文的研究结果可为草莓土传病害的研究及防治提供参考。In order to explore the microbial species of strawberry root rot disease and rhizosphere soil,dilution coating plate method and plate crossing method were used to isolate the fungi from strawberry rhizosphere soil and root stem of strawberry with root rot disease,and ITS gene sequence was used for molecular identification in this paper.The results showed that a total of 12 kinds of different fungi were isolated from strawberry with root rot disease.They belonged to the genera of Gongronella sp.,Pestalotiopsis clavispora,Plectosphaerella sp.,Fusarium oxysporum,Neopestalotiopsis sp.,Penicillium sp.and Thielavia sp.,the Gongronella sp.,Neopestalotiopsis sp.and Thielavia sp.were first discovered in strawberry plants with root rot disease.The results of this study can provide reference for the research and control of soil-borne disease of strawberry.
