摘  要:本文调查分析了陇东旱塬区冬小麦品种(系)条锈病感病情况。结果表明:被调查的所有品种(系)中,没有对条锈病表现免疫的品种(系),表现高抗的品种(系)有9个,表现中抗的品种(系)有10个;普遍率≤50%的品种(系)有25个,占调查品种(系)的50%;严重度≤50%的品种(系)有29个,占调查品种(系)的58%;在抗病品种(系)中,中抗以上品种(系)大多是甘肃省农业科学院小麦研究所、旱地农业研究所选育的品种,其中陇鉴116、兰天133、兰航选271、西农530的严重度为0,为高抗品种,可作为冬小麦抗病育种的抗源材料加以利用。The infection situation of winter wheat varieties(lines)stripe rust disease was investigated and analyzed in Longdong dryland area.The results showed that among all the varieties(lines)investigated,no varieties(lines)showed immunity to stripe rust disease,9 varieties(lines)showed high resistance to stripe rust disease,and 10 varieties(lines)showed moderate resistance to stripe rust disease;there were 25 varieties(lines)with the prevalence rate≤50%,accounting for 50%of the surv-eyed varieties(lines);there were 29 varieties(lines)with the severity≤50%,accounting for 58%of the investigated varieties(lines).Among the disease-resistant varieties(lines),most of the moderately resistant varieties(lines)were from Wheat Research Institute and Dryland Agriculture Research Institute of Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Among them,the severity of Longjian 116,Lantian 133,Lanhangxuan 271 and Xinong 530 were 0,which were highly resistant varieties and could be used as disease resistance materials in winter wheat breeding.
