高粱泡无性扦插繁殖方法研究

摘　　要：为了探究高粱泡无性扦插繁殖的最优方法,采用正交试验法,选取植物生长调节剂、扦插基质、插穗类型和处理时间等为影响因子,开展高粱泡扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:在湖南地区高粱泡只适合在冬季(11月至翌年1月)扦插,其他季节几乎全部死亡;插穗类型对高粱泡生根质量的影响达到显著水平(P<0.05),生根粉(ABT)对高粱泡成苗率具有明显促进作用;从总的生根质量来看,当ABT浓度为300 mg/L、插穗为带叶茎段、扦插基质为生黄泥、处理时间为6 h时,高粱泡的生根效果最好。In order to explore the optimal method of asexual cutting propagation of Rubus lambertianus,the orthogonal test method was adopted to carry out the cutting propagation experiment of R.lambertianus with plant growth regulator,cutting matrix,cutting type and treatment time as influencing factors.The results showed that the R.lambertianus was only suitable for cutting in winter(from November to January of the next year),and almost all died in the other seasons.The effect of cutting types on the root quality of R.lambertianus reached a significant level(P<0.05),and the rooting powder(ABT)had a significant promoting effect on the seedling rate of R.lambertianus.In terms of the overall rooting quality,when ABT concentration was 300 mg/L,the cuttings were leaf stem segments,cutting matrix was made from yellow mud,and the treatment time was 6 h,the rooting effect of R.lamber-tianus was the best.
