滋阴生津法在成人胃阴虚型齿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结李妍怡主任医师临床运用滋阴生津法,选方沙参麦冬汤治疗成人胃阴虚型齿的临床经验。方法:跟随导师门诊学习,诊治疾病,学习总结老师对齿的中西医认识、诊疗思路及中医用药的经验,并查阅相关文献,梳理老师临床诊疗思维,总结老师诊治经验。结果:运用滋阴生津法,选用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗成人胃阴虚型齿取得显著效果。结论:老师的治疗经验为临床治疗齿提供了良好的治疗方案。Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of chief physician Li Yanyi in treating adult with stomach Yin-deficiency type molars with Ziyin Shengjin method(滋阴生津法)and Shashen Maidong decoction(沙参麦冬汤).Methods:I studied with my tutor in the outpatient department to diagnose and treat diseases.I learned and summarized my teacher's understanding of Chinese and western medicine for molars,diagnosis and treatment ideas,and experience in traditional Chinese medicine.I also consulted relevant literature,sorted out my teacher's clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking,and summarized my teacher's diagnosis and treatment experience.Results:Ziyin Shengjin method and Shashen Maidong decoction has achieved remarkable effect in treating adult with stomach Yin-deficiency type molars.Conclusion:The teacher's treatment experience provides a good treatment plan for the clinical treatment of molars.
