中药辨治2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药辨治2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者58例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组与治疗组,各29例。两组患者在饮食控制、合理运动的基础上,均给予常规降糖、降脂等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴活血为主的辨证口服汤剂,7 d为1个疗程,前后治疗观察3个疗程,比较两组临床疗效与空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后2 h血糖水平(2-hour Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 hPG)、总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)的指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.10%(27/29),对照组总有效率为68.97%(20/29),治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血糖指标GLU、2 hPG优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血脂指标TC、TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率低、症状轻微,无须处理。结论:中药辨治2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效确切,可有效降低血糖与血脂水平,缓解患者临床症状,值得探讨。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the differentiation treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods:58 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.On the basis of diet control and reasonable exercise,two groups of patients were given routine conventional hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and other treatments.In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,oral decoction based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,which was mainly used for promoting Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation,was added.The treatment course was of 7 days,and 3 courses of treatment were observed before and after treatment.The clinical curative effect and fasting blood glucose(GLU),postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(2 hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)index changes of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.10%(27/29)in the treatment group and 68.97%(20/29)in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose indexes GLU and 2 hPG in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,which was with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,serum lipid index of TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than those in the control group,which was with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low and the symptoms were mild.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia,it can effectively reduce blood glucose and lipid level and relie
