感染性创面应用祛腐生肌膏治疗对创伤后成长状况的影响关系分析

摘　　要：目的:分析创伤后感染性创面的患者应用祛腐生肌膏治疗,与创伤后成长状况的关系。方法:选取南京中医药大学附属徐州市中医院2017年6月-2019年11月收治的60例因意外伤导致严重软组织损伤伴创面感染的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,实施祛腐生肌膏换药治疗,对照组30例,实施常规换药治疗,分析两组换药时的疼痛评分、创面痊愈率等,比较出院当日两组患者创伤后的成长水平。结果:治疗组换药时疼痛评分、创面痊愈率、创伤后成长水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者8次换药时疼痛评分均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在第4周末治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在出院当日进行创伤后成长评定量表简体中文版(Chinese-Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,C-PTGI)评价,治疗组成长总分为(70.46±8.90)分,对照组成长总分为(57.2±3.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中人生感悟、新的可能性、自我转变、个人力量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与他人的关系差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:创伤后出现感染性创面的患者应用祛腐生肌膏治疗能降低疼痛评分,提高创面痊愈率,有助于提高创伤后成长水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Qufu Shengji ointment(祛腐生肌膏)on the posttraumatic growth of the surface of the infectious wounds.Methods:From June 2017 to November 2019,60 patients with severe soft tissue injury and wound infection caused by violent trauma were randomly divided into two groups:The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with Qufushengji ointment,while the control group(30 cases)received the routine treatment.The pain score and the healing rate were analyzed,and the level of the growth of the two groups after trauma on the day of discharge was compared.Results:The pain score,wound healing rate and growth level in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in pain score of the eighth dressing change(P<0.05).At the end of the 4th week,the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Chinese-posttraumatic growth inventory(C-PTGI)was evaluated on the day of discharge of two groups of patients,and the total growth score of the treatment group was(70.46±8.90),and that of the control group was(57.2±3.88),which was with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in life perception,new possibilities,self-transformation and personal strength(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the relationship with others(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qufu Shengji ointment can reduce the pain score,improve the wound healing rate,and help to improve the level of growth after trauma.
