加味黄连解毒汤联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证患者效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析加味黄连解毒汤联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证患者效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年8月收治的152例慢性荨麻疹血热证患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予加味黄连解毒汤联合依巴斯汀治疗,对照组给予依巴斯汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分、血清免疫水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组临床疗效总有效率为94.74%,较对照组的84.21%显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组风团数目、风团直径、瘙痒程度、持续时间评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组风团数目、风团直径、瘙痒程度、持续时间评分下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组IgE及IL-4指标水平下降、IFN-γ指标水平提高更显著(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味黄连解毒汤联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证可显著提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,改善其血清免疫水平,安全性高,值得应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with ebastine in the treatment of patients with blood-heat syndrome of chronic urticaria.Methods:152 patients with blood-heat syndrome of chronic urticaria admitted from January 2017 to August 2020 were chosen and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were treated with Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with ebastine,while the control group were treated with only ebastine,with the clinical efficacy,symptom scores,serum immune levels,and adverse reactions before and after treatment compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the experimental group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.21%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of weals,weal diameters,itching degrees,and scores of duration time between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of weals,weal diameters,itching degrees,and scores of duration time decreased more significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgE,IL-4,IFN-γindex levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the IgE and IL-4 index levels of the experimental group decreased,and the IFN-γindex levels increased more significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu decoction combined with ebastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria blood-heat syndrome can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve their serum immune levels,being safe and worthy of promotion.
