唐山市某工业厂房全装配式改造更新方案分析

摘　　要：在原有工业厂房的基础上,采用装配式钢框架及梁-墙一体式墙板和可拆卸式剪力墙板对原有工业厂房进行改造更新。钢梁柱节点采用法兰外环板式,新加楼盖板采用预制预应力带肋底板混凝土叠合楼板(简称PKG板),同时与钢框架梁形成钢-混凝土组合梁体系,并与装配式墙板一体化设计,内墙板一部分采用原屋面重型混凝土板调节楼层重心,另一部分采用轻质石膏复合轻钢龙骨墙板。施工时拆除的山墙采用ALC外挂墙板恢复。工业厂房改造更新方案安全可靠,部分钢梁就地取材,经济省时、高效、差错少、溯源能力强,是质量好管控的较优方案。On the basis of the original industrial plant,the prefabricated steel frame and beam-wall integrated wall panel and detachable shear wall panel are used to transform and update the original industrial plant.The steel beam-column joint adopts flange outer ring plate type,the newly added floor cover plate adopts prefabricated pre-stressed ribbed floor concrete superimposed floor slab(PKG plate),at the same time forming a steel-concrete composite beam system with the steel frame beam and combined with the assembly type wall panel integrated design.Part of the inner wall panel adopts the original roof heavy concrete slab to adjust the center of gravity of the floor,and the other part adopts light gypsum composite light steel keel wall panel.The gables removed during construction shall be restored using ALC external wall panels.The renewal plan for the industrial plant is safe and reliable.Some steel beams are taken locally,which is economical,time-saving,efficient,less errors,strong traceability,and better quality.
