摘  要:为了提高剪切面板阻尼器(Shear Panel Dampers,SPD)在大塑性应变范围内的稳定性和变形能力。利用响应面法对SPD进行优化,采用有限元法对不同宽度和厚度的SPD进行分析,并选取应变集中系数作为优化目标,当迭代计算收敛时,得到了SPD的最佳参数,并通过试验验证。试验结果表明,基于响应面法的优化后的阻尼器能够同时表现出良好的稳定性和变形性,为大塑性变形范围内的结构优化设计提供有效方法。To improve stability and deformability of shear panel dampers( SPD) in the large plastic strain range,issues the optimization of an SPD which was attempted to use the response surface method and verified by tests.SPD with different widths and thicknesses were primarily analyzed by the finite element method( FEM),and the strain concentration factor was selected as the optimization target.Optimal parameters were obtained for the SPD when the iterative calculation is converged.According to the experimental results,the optimized damper based on the response surface method exhibits simultaneously a good stability and perfect deformability.This paper provides an effective method for the optimal design of the structure in the large plastic deformation range.
