摘　　要：总结毛德西教授从水饮论治胸痹心痛的经验。通过对《伤寒杂病论》胸痹心痛的根本病机即"阳微阴弦"原义的分析,提出水饮是胸痹心痛的主要标实因素。临床从水饮论治胸痹心痛,当以温阳化饮为基础,兼以行气、活血、散寒、逐水,采用苓桂术甘汤为基础加减治疗,具体治法可分为温阳化饮、行气化饮、活血利水、散寒蠲饮、逐水祛饮。The paper summarized professor MAO Dexi's experience in treating chest Bi heartache from the pathogenesis of fluid retention.Through the analysis of the original meaning of"Yang Wei Yin Xuan"theory,which is the core pathogenesis of chest Bi heartache recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases(伤寒杂病论),he puts forward that fluid retention is the main manifestation of branch excess patten of chest Bi heartache.From the pathogenesis of fluid retention,the basic treatment of chest Bi heartache should be warming yang and dissolving fluid retention,and if necessary,the methods of moving qi,activating blood,dissipating cold and dispelling water can be added.Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)is recommended and can be modified based on syndrome differentiation.The specific treatment methods can be divided into different types,including warming yang to dissolve fluid retention method;moving qi to dissolve fluid retention;activating blood and promoting urination;dissipating cold and dispelling water;and expelling water and fluids by purgation.
