摘 要:本文利用作者所在高校的"疫情期间大学生就业信心的影响因素"调研统计数据,从社会性别视角对两性大学生的就业信心及影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示:大学生就业信心整体偏低,男生就业信心明显高于女生且存在显著性差异。人力资本、求职准备、学科理解、家庭背景均对就业信心有显著影响并存在显著性别差异。为提升大学生信心和就业质量,高校需要根据影响因素和性别差异采取针对性的教育措施和就业指导,女大学生应积累人力资本并提升抗压能力。This paper carries out a case study of employment confidence of college students between two sexes and its influencing factors from the perspective of gender difference by using the statistical data of the "influencing factors of employment confidence of college students during the coronavirus epidemic" in the author’s university.The results show that employment confidence of college students as a whole is on the low side and employment confidence of male students is obviously higher than that of female students with significant differences.All of human capital,preparation for job-hunting,understanding of disciplines,family background have significant effect on employment confidence and there are distinct gender differences;masters and students in science and engineering major and those whose families are affected by coronavirus epidemic have lower employment confidence.In order to improve the confidence of college students and employment quality,colleges and universities need to take corresponding educational measures and employment guidance based on the influencing factors and gender differences,and female college students should improve pressure resistance and accumulate human capital.
