摘　　要：法律情感是个体对法治精神、现行法律体系及其运行的相关法律刺激事件的一种主观体验,其具备以下几个特征:个体性与群体性、刺激源为法律现象、发生逻辑为正义的法治精神、一系列生理唤醒状态。法律情感根据效价结构和唤醒程度可划分为积极法律情感和消极法律情感两种类型,每种类型包含若干维度。积极的法律情感对个体人格成长、法律意识的发展以及法的社会控制均起到正向作用。所以,培育青少年学生积极法律情感具有重要的理论和现实意义,法律情感的培育策略有:进行法律认知教育、发挥良好的人际关系对法律情感的渗透作用、在法律实践活动中进行法律情感体验以及用民族法文化滋养出健康的法律情感。Devotion to law is a subjective experience of social individuals on the spirit of the rule of law,the current legal system and related legal events in which it operates.It has the following characteristics:it has both individuality and groupness,the source is legal phenomena,and the logic of occurrence is justice.Devotion to law is a spirit of the rule of law,which is accompanied by a series of physiological arousal states.Devotion to law can be divided into two types of positive legal emotion and negative legal emotion according to the structure of the titer and the degree of arousal.Each type contains several dimensions.Positive legal emotions play a positive role in the growth of individual personality,the development of legal consciousness,and the social control of law.Therefore,cultivating young students’positive legal emotions has important theoretical and practical significance.The cultivation strategies of devotion to law include:education on the popularization of law,good interpersonal relationships on the penetration of legal emotions,legal emotional experience in legal practice activities,and the nourishment of healthy legal emotions with national culture of law.
