法学教育的“工作母机”--苏联专家与中国人民大学法律系的创建与发展(1950-1957年)

摘　　要：1950年中国人民大学法律系创建伊始,经苏联专家的指导与帮助,在教学、研究生培养、科学研究、行政及思想教育方面建立了以苏联高等教育模式为参照的运作体制。这也使中国人民大学法律系成为全国其他文科院校,尤其是政法院校学习的范本。与此同时,中国人民大学法律系在师资培养、教材编译等方面也积极支持帮助全国各其他高校,逐步确立了其在法学领域的学科地位,成为名副其实的法学教育的“工作母机”,为新中国法学教育的发展做出了卓越贡献。In 1950,under the guidance and help of Soviet experts,the Department of Law of Renmin University was established,,modeling the Soviet higher education in terms of teaching,postgraduate cultivation,scientific research,administrative work as well as ideological education.Therefore,the Department of Law of Renmin University sets an example for other liberal arts colleges,especially for colleges of political science and law.At the same time,the Department of Law of Renmin University also actively helps other universities in terms of teacher training and textbook writing.This gradually established its own academic status in the field of law and becomes a leading role for law higher education in China.The Department of Law of Renmin University makes a remarkable contribution to the development of law higher education in China.
