家庭社会关系资源何以影响大学毕业生就业质量--基于陕西省2017届高校毕业生的调查分析

摘　　要：家庭社会关系资源在大学毕业生就业过程中是个绕不开且又极其引人关注的变量。应用陕西省2017届本专科毕业生的调查数据分析了家庭社会关系资源对大学毕业生就业质量的影响程度及作用机制。研究发现:管理精英子女与非精英群体子女的就业质量差异主要集中在平均月收入和就业满意度上,而知识技术精英子女与非精英群体子女的就业质量差异最显著地体现在专业匹配度上;在家庭社会关系网络结构变量中,网络顶端对大学毕业生就业质量影响的统计学意义最显著,网络顶端等级越高,大学毕业生的平均月收入、就业满意度和专业匹配度就更高;大学生在求职中所动用的社会关系类型也显著影响其就业质量,动用强关系的大学毕业生平均月收入更低,但其就业满意度更高。在此基础上,本研究提出了提升毕业生就业质量和促进就业公平的建议。Family and social relationship resources are unavoidable and phenomenal variable in the process of college graduates*job-hunting.Based on thecollected data of college graduates’employment status in Shanxi province in 2017,the paper analyzes the degree and the mechanism of family and social relations influencing on the employment quality of college graduates.It is found that there are significant differences of employment quality between different stratums and different groups within the same stratum.For example,the differences between elite and non-elite^children were mainly focus on the average monthly income and employment satisfaction in management area.But in knowledge area,the most significant difference was the matching degree of graduates*professions.Considering the variable in the structural network of family social relations,most statistically significant influence exists on the topside of the network.Higher ranking at the topside of network made higher average monthly income,employment satisfaction and professional matching.The types of social relations that college graduates can use in job-hunting also have significant influence.Graduates who use strong relationships always get less average monthly income,but higher satisfaction with their jobs.On this basis,this study puts forward suggestions to improve the employment quality of college graduates and to promote the employment equity.
