百白破疫苗预防接种反应及防治策略分析

摘　　要：目的百白破疫苗预防接种反应以及防治策略。方法选取本院2018年1月-2019年4月期间接受百白破疫苗接种的400例儿童作为研究对象,将所有儿童编号后用随机数字表进行分组,试验组儿童应用风险管理进行疫苗接种,常规组儿童直接进行疫苗接种,比较两组儿童接种不良反应。结果接种不良反应有发热和硬结;经过风险管理后,试验组中儿童接种不良反应发生率为1.0%,较常规组儿童两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用风险管理可以降低百白破疫苗儿童接种不良反应,提升儿童接种百白破疫苗质量。Objective Vaccination response and prevention strategy of DTP vaccine.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,a total of 400 children who received vaccination against DTP in our hospital were selected as subjects.Children in the experimental group were vaccinated with risk management,and children in the routine group were directly vaccinated,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse reactions of inoculation were fever and scleroma.After risk management,the incidence of adverse reaction was 1.0%in the experimental group,which was different from that in the conventional group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management can reduce the adverse reactions of immunization of children with diabetic vaccine and improve the quality of immunization of diabetic vaccine.
