摘　　要：目的分析江门市产褥期妇女生命质量调查评价及影响因素。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月期间江门市2000例产褥期妇女作为研究对象,使用生命质量量表和逐步回归分析法进行研究。结果江门市产褥期妇女的生命质量普遍低于育龄妇女,且影响其生命质量的因素较多,如产妇个人月收入、家庭人均年收入、岗位情况、文化程度、妊娠结果、分娩方式、哺育方式、新生儿发育状况、照顾类型、夫妻感情、与公婆关系、生产胎次、新生儿性别、产妇有无并发症、新生儿有无并发症、产妇有无慢性病、家庭结构等。其中产妇个人月收入、家庭人均年收入、岗位情况、哺育方式、新生儿发育状况、照顾类型、与公婆关系、分娩方式、生产胎次、新生儿有无并发症、产妇有无慢性病、家庭结构具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论江门市产褥期妇女的生命质量低于普通育龄期妇女,应引起家庭、社会各方的高度关注,应该制定科学有效的干预措施为产褥期妇女提供全面的保健医疗服务,致力改善产褥期妇女生命质量。Objective The quality of life of puerperal women in jiangmen city and its influencing factors were analyzed.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,2000 puerperal women in jiangmen city were selected as research objects,and the quality of life scale and stepwise regression analysis were used for the study.Results The quality of life of puerperium women in Jiangmen is generally lower than that of women of childbearing age,and there are many factors affecting their quality of life,such as monthly income,per capita annual income of the family,job situation,education level,pregnancy outcome,mode of delivery,nursing mode,neonatal development status,care type,husband and wife feelings,relationship with parents-in-law,birth order,sex of newborn,complications of parturient,complications of newborn,chronic disease of parturient,family structure,etc.Among them,maternal personal monthly income,family per capita annual income,post situation,nursing mode,newborn development status,type of care,relationship with parents-in-law,mode of delivery,birth order,neonatal complications,maternal chronic disease and family structure has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Puerperal women's quality of life is lower than the normal period of women of childbearing age should cause the attention to the parties to the family and society through to analyze the influence factors of puerperal women's quality of life,can make scientific and effective interventions for puerperal women provides the omni-directional,the whole process of medical care service so as to improve the puerperal women's quality of life.
