品管圈在眼科电子医嘱执行质量改进中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈管理工具在电子医嘱执行质量改进中的应用效果。方法2019年5月,由10名圈员组成QCC,设定主题为“提高电子医嘱执行正确率”,按QCC活动步骤拟定活动计划,包括现况把握、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定与实施等,比较活动前后电子医嘱执行的正确率。结果开展QCC活动后,电子医嘱执行正确率由实施品管圈改善前的87.5%提升至改善后的96.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且小组圈成员的责任心、自信心、积极性、解决问题能力、沟通协调力、团结凝聚力、和谐度、品管手法等各方面均较活动前有所提高。结论应用品管圈质量改进工具可提高电子医嘱执行正确率,同时提高工作效率、保障医疗安全。品管圈活动开展后,优化了电子医嘱执行流程和规范电子医嘱培训制度,质量得到持续改进。Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle management tool in quality improvement of electronic doctor's orders execution.Methods The QCC group was founded in May 2019,consisting of ten members with the goal of improving the correct rate of electronic doctor's order execution.Based on the steps of QCC,the activity plan was made including current situation survey,goal setting,cause analysis,countermeasures formulating and implementation.the accuracy rate of electronic doctor's order execution was compared.Results After QCC activities,the accuracy rate of electronic doctor's orders was increased from 87.5%before the improvement to 96.0%after the improvement.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the group members'sense of responsibility,self-confidence,enthusiasm,problem-solving ability,communication and coordination,unity and cohesion,harmony,quality control techniques and other aspects were improved.Conclusion It can improve the accuracy of electronic doctor's orders execution,improve work efficiency and ensure medical safety by QCC quality tools.After the launch of the quality control circle activities,the implementation process of electronic doctor's orders and the training system of standardized electronic doctor's orders have been optimized,and the quality has been continuously improved,.
