摘  要:目的探究对糖尿病视网膜病变采用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取2017年10月-2019年10月医院128例糖尿病视网膜病变的患者纳入实验研究范围,随机分为两组(试验组和对照组),分别采用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙方式及单纯眼底激光手术方式进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果试验组术后3个月及术后半年的视力水平显著优于对照组,试验组患者的视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积显著低于对照组,试验组发生视网膜出血、黄斑水肿及玻璃体出血的并发症发生概率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变患者病症干预,有利于改善患者视力水平,恢复患者眼部正常状态,减少手术后并发症的发生概率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with fundus laser and calcium dobesilate.Methods 128 cases of diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly selected and included in the experimental study.They were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group).They were treated by fundus laser combined with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate and fundus laser operation alone,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The visual acuity of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group at 3 months and half a year after operation.The leakage area of retinal neovascularization fluorescein in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The incidence of complications of retinal hemorrhage,macular edema and vitreous hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can improve the visual acuity,restore the normal state of the eyes and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
