摘　　要：目的探讨以问题为导向的护理管理模式在科室护理安全质控中的应用效果。方法2019年1-12月对本院的感染科护理安全质量检查,并且分析突出问题,运用PDCA循环质量管理方法加以整改,提高感染科室护理安全质量,实现以问题为导向进行感染科室护理安全质量控制。主要包含护理查对制度质量、患者安全管理质量、护理管理质量以及专科护理质量等方面,对比整改前后感染科室护理安全质量控制情况。结果整改后的半年护理查对制度质量明显高于整改前,感染科室的护理查对制度质量越来越高;整改后半年患者的安全管理质量明显高于整改前,可有效保证感染科室患者的生命安全;整改后半年患者的护理管理质量明显优于整改前,为感染科室的患者提供优质的护理服务;整改后半年患者的专科护理质量高于整改前,提高感染科室患者的护理质量,增强患者满意度。结论在感染科室中以问题为导向,且运用PDCA循环质量管理方法有利于提高感染科室护理安全质量,是适用于护理安全质量控制的一种有效的质量改进策略。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-oriented nursing management mode in department nursing safety quality control.Methods From January to December,2019,the nursing safety quality of the department of infection in our hospital was investigated,and the prominent problems were analyzed.The PDCA cycle quality management method was used to rectify the problems,improve the nursing safety quality of the infected department,and realize the problemoriented nursing safety quality control of the infected department.It mainly includes the quality of nursing checking system,the quality of patient safety management,the quality of nursing management and the quality of specialized care,and so on,and compares the quality control of nursing safety in the infected departments before and after the rectification.Results The quality of nursing checking system in half a year after the rectification was significantly higher than that before the rectification,and the quality of nursing checking system in infection department was getting higher and higher.The safety management quality of patients after the rectification was significantly higher than that before the rectification,which could effectively guarantee the life safety of patients in the infection department.After the rectification,the nursing management quality of the patients was significantly better than that before the rectification,and the patients in the infection department were provided with high quality nursing services.After the rectification,the quality of specialized nursing for patients was higher than that before the rectification.The quality of nursing for patients in the infection department was improved and patient satisfaction was enhanced.Conclusion Taking the problem as the guidance,and applying the PDCA cycle quality management method to improve the nursing safety quality in the infected department is an effective quality improvement strategy for the nursing safety quality control.
