摘 要:为了获得新式条并卷机平带卷绕机构关键参数与成卷质量的关系,建立平带卷绕机构平带长度、平带对棉卷包角及包围弧、平带对罗拉包角的数学模型,计算了某条并卷机工作过程中上述关键参数的变化规律。结果表明:平带长度、平带对棉卷的包角及包围弧均随卷绕的进行逐步增大,平带起始长度为4.9478 m,满卷长度为5.0229 m,平带伸长率为1.52%,平带长度增加,拉力增加,对棉卷的包裹力增大;平带对棉卷的包角由起始时的193.99°增至满卷时的264.61°,包角的增大可避免卷绕过程中棉卷起泡。平带卷绕机构关键参数的数学模型可为纺织机械生产厂家的条并卷机设计提供理论依据。In order to obtain the relationship between the key parameters of belt winding mechanism on new draw frame and the lap machine with winding quality,mathematical models of belt length,wrap angle of belt to lap,wrap angle of belt to roller are established.For a certain draw frame and lap machine,the varying rules of the key parameters above in the working process are calculated.The results show that belt length,the wrap angle of belt to lap increase gradually with winding;belt length is 4.9478 m at winding beginning and 5.0229 m in the end of winding,the elongation of belt is 1.52%;the wrap angle of belt to lap increases from 193.99°at the beginning to 264.61°in the end of winding.The increase of wrapping angle can avoid the foaming phenomenon in the winding process.The increase of belt length can increase the tensile force of belt,then the wrap force of belt to lap increases.The mathematical models of key parameters of belt winding mechanism can provide a theoretical fundation for the design of draw frame and lap machine.
