摘　　要：工程设计应用表明 :采用电弧功率恒定法确定电抗器容量及变压器等电气参数 ,高阻抗可减少电流波动 46% ,降低了电压闪烁近 3 0 % ,减少了无功功率补偿容量。The engineering design and application showed that it is available to decrease the current fluctuation by 46%, decrease the voltage flicker by 30% and low the SVC capacity by high\|impedance using constant arc power to define capacity and electric parameters of reactor and transformer.
