益脉降脂方对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平的调控作用

摘　　要：目的观察益脉降脂方对大鼠血脂水平的调控作用。方法选择120只健康大鼠,随机分为对照组、西药组和中药组,各40只。3组大鼠均给予高脂饲料喂养1周。对照组不给予药物治疗,西药组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,中药组给予益脉降脂方治疗。用药30 d,将所有大鼠断头取血,测定喂养前后各组大鼠体质量、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果用药后,中药组、西药组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C均较用药前及对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论益脉降脂方治疗血脂异常有较好的效果,可明显改善血脂指标,缓解血脂异常。Objective To observe the regulating effect of Yimaijiangzhi decoction on blood lipid levels in hyperlipidemia model rats.Methods 120 healthy rats were selected and randomly divided into control group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,each of 40 rats.The rats in the three groups were fed with high-fat diet for 1 week.The control group was given no medication,the western medicine group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Yimaijiangzhi decoction.After 30 days of medication,all rats were decapitated and blood was taken.The body mass,cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)level of each group were measured before and after feeding.Results After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C of the rats in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were improved compared with those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimaijiangzhi decoction can achieve ideal results in the treatment of dyslipidemia,which can significantly improve blood lipid index and alleviate dyslipidemia.
