摘　　要：为了提高纳米银抗菌剂在储存和运输过程中的稳定性,延长产品有效期,以苯扎溴铵为保护剂、硼氢化钠为还原剂制备了纳米银溶液,分别在不同温度、紫外光照和初始pH条件下储存不同时间,以UV-Vis光谱和动态光散射法考察了纳米银溶液粒径和Zeta电位的变化情况。结果表明,随着储存温度的升高,纳米银胶团更容易发生团聚,导致溶液稳定性降低;纳米银溶液经紫外光辐照后,会出现粒径增加,Zeta电位绝对值降低的现象;提高纳米银溶液初始pH不利于胶体体系的稳定性,而降低初始pH有助于提高胶体体系稳定性。因此,可采取降低环境温度、避光和酸化等措施来提高纳米银溶液在储存过程中的稳定性。In order to improve the stability of nano-silver antibacterial agent during storage and transportation for prolonging the product validity,the nano-silver solution was prepared using benzalkonium bromide as protective agent and sodium borohydride as reductant.UV-Vis and dynamic light scattering were used to measure the effects of storage temperature,UV light irradiation and initial pH on nano-silver particle size and Zeta potential.The results indicated the stability of nano-silver decreased and the micelle trended to aggregation with storage temperature increasing.UV irradiation resulted in larger particle size but smaller absolute values of Zeta potential of nano-silver solution.Higher initial p H of nano-silver solution had negative effect on the stability while lower pH benefited for the process.In short,reducing temperature,shielding from light and acidification could improve the stability of nano-silver solution.
