复方鲜药外敷治疗肿瘤性溃疡伤口临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方鲜药外敷对肿瘤性溃疡伤口的治疗效果。方法:选取肿瘤性溃疡伤口患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理及芦荟外敷,观察组给予常规护理联合复方鲜药外敷。观察2组肿瘤性溃疡伤口愈合面的大小、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、恶臭评分、生存期、生活质量等指标变化情况。结果:护理后,观察组伤口愈合面面积、VAS评分低于对照组,恶臭评分、生存期高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1周、2周、3周、5周,观察组QLQ-C30评分均低于同一时间点对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方鲜药外敷能促进肿瘤性溃疡伤口愈合,减少伤口疼痛和恶臭,提高患者生存期和生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of compound fresh herbal medicines for ulcerated cancer wounds.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with ulcerated cancer wounds were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and external application of aloe,and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with external application of compound fresh herbal medicines.The changes in wound healing areas of ulcerated cancer wounds,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,odor scores,survival time and quality of life in the two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the wound healing areas of ulcerated cancer wounds and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the odor scores and survival time were higher,differences being significant(P<0.05).After nursing of one,two,three and five weeks,the QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were lower than those at the same time point in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of compound fresh herbal medicines can promote the healing of ulcerated cancer wounds,reduce pain and odor of pains and improve survival time and quality of life of patients.
