摘 要:大功率接触器是飞行器配电系统的关键控制和保护部件。在空气稀薄的高空环境下工作的接触器,由于对流效果减弱更容易产生过热问题。针对某型航空用大功率直流接触器,利用建立的电–热–气多物理场耦合模型,研究了接触器的散热特性。在此基础上,为了提高计算效率,提出一种基于对流系数迭代的热电耦合计算方法,对比实验结果可知,该计算方法在准确度基本不变的情况下将该航空接触器的计算时间缩减为原来的1/20。采用该方法计算低气压环境的温度场分布,结果与温升实验数据的相对误差为1.81%,表明了该方法的有效性。据此研究不同海拔环境下航空接触器的热特性规律,结果表明:随着海拔升高,接触器出线端温度先增大后减小、温升持续增大。该文研究成果可为其他航空电力设备的分析与设计提供参考。High-power contactor is a key control and protection component of a aircraft power distribution system.Contactors working in high-altitude environments with thin air are more prone to overheating problems due to reduced convection.In this paper,in accordance with a certain type of high-power DC contactor for aviation,an electric-heat-gas multiphysics coupling model is established to study the heat dissipation characteristics of the contactor.On this basis,in order to improve the calculation efficiency,a thermoelectric-coupling calculation method based on the convection coefficient iteration is proposed.Compared with the experimental results,the calculation method can be used to reduce the calculation time of the contactor to 1/20 under the condition that the accuracy is basically unchanged.After this method is used to calculate the temperature field distribution in a low-pressure environment,the relative error between the results and the temperature rise experimental data is 1.81%,verifying the effectiveness of the method.Thereby,the thermal characteristics of aviation contactors under different altitudes are studied.The results show that the temperature at the outlet of the contactor increases first and then decreases with increasing altitude,and the temperature rise continues to increase.The research results of this paper can also provide references for the analysis and design of other aviation power equipment.
