摘 要:随着电力系统的不断发展,短路电流逐渐增大,基于高耦合分裂电抗器的并联开断及限流技术是近年来兴起的一种解决短路电流超标问题的新途径。高耦合分裂电抗器作为核心部件,其内部的匝间及臂间过电压情况是绝缘设计的关键。本文简要介绍了高耦合分裂电抗器的结构特点,以线匝为单元建立了电抗器每个线匝的端部电压电流方程组,结合外部施加的电压情况对方程组进行求解,最后得到了电抗器内部线匝的电位及臂间电压分布情况。计算结果表明,双臂通流工况下,匝间电压分布没有明显的规律,包封端部的臂间过电压最大,中部过电压最小;单臂限流工况下,匝间电压分布更均匀,端部的匝间过电压最大,匝数差异较大的相邻包封臂间电压分布较均匀,电压峰值很小,匝数差异较小的相邻包封中部的臂间电压较高。Short-circuit current gradually increases with the development of power system,and the parallelled breaking and current limiting technology based on high coupled split reactors is a new way to solve the problem brought by large short-circuit current in recent years.The high coupled split reactor is the core component,and the internal inter-turn and inter-arm overvoltage conditions are the key to the insulation design.In this paper,the structural characteristics of the high coupled split reactor are briefly introduced.The voltage and current equations of each end of turns in the reactor are established and solved by the externally applied voltage.Finally,the potential of the internal coil and the voltage distribution between the arms are obtained.The calculation results show that there is no obvious law of the inter-turn voltage distribution under the condition of double-arm flow,the inter-arm overvoltage at the end of the envelope is the largest,and the overvoltage in the middle is the smallest.Under one-arm current-limiting condition,the inter-turn voltage distribution is more uniform,the inter-turn voltage in the end is the largest,and inter-arm voltage between adjacent arms with big difference in number of turns is more uniform and small,while it is higher in the middle of arm between adjacent arms with small difference in number of turns.
