摘　　要：本文以电子商务发展模式为例,对企业发展现状进行分析,引出模式创新必要性研究。选取价值链作为研究工具,构建新型电子商务模式,按照价值链演变特点,选取多用户身份的聚集、电子采购与电子拍卖、第三方市场开发、营销平台的协调、建立信用服务为改进指标,对电子商务结构及运营模式进行创新设计,为农业企业实施新型电子商务运营体系提供保障。The e-commerce development model is taken as an example to analyze the status quo of the enterprise development and elicit the research on the necessity of model innovation.The value chain is chosen as a research tool to construct a new e-commerce model.According to the characteristics of the evolution of the value chain,the author selects the aggregation of multi-user identities,e-procurement and e-auction,third-party market development,coordination of marketing platforms,and establishment of credit services as improvement indicators,to make a innovative design of e-commerce structure and operation mode,and to provide a guarantee for agricultural enterprises to implement a new e-commerce operation system.
