摘  要:目的探究柏蛇湿疹膏对急性、慢性湿疹大鼠皮肤及炎症因子的影响。方法慢性湿疹:选取造模成功的SD大鼠30只按照数字随机表法随机分为模型组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(剂量:1.0 g/kg)和实验组(剂量:1.0 ml/只耳),每组各10只大鼠,经皮给药5周。急性湿疹:对SD大鼠耳部涂抹药物,连续用药5周,在用药5周后,在右耳部涂抹20μL 5%DNCB急性致敏实验。结果在治疗后,阳性对照组、实验组苔藓化分、红斑分、丘疹分症状积分均显著的低于模型组(P<0.05),且治疗后,阳性对照组与实验组苔藓化、红斑、丘疹症状积分均显著的低于治疗前(P<0.05)。在治疗后空白组、阳性对照组与实验组血清IL-4水平均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),空白组、阳性对照组与实验组血清IFN-γ水平均显著高于模型组(P<0.05);空白组、阳性对照组与实验组组血清IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。造模后,阳性对照组与实验组耳厚度差显著低于空白组与模型组(P<0.05)。阳性对照组与实验组右左耳质量差显著高于空白组与模型组(P<0.05)。结论柏蛇湿疹膏可有效改善慢性、急性湿疹模型大鼠皮损,降低SD大鼠血清中IL-4、IL-10水平,提升IFN-γ含量,其湿疹治疗效果与细胞因子密切相关。Objective To investigate the effects of cypress eczema cream on skin and inflammatory factors in rats with acute and chronic eczema.Methods Chronic eczema:30 modelled SD rats were randomly divided into model group(normal saline),the positive control group(dose:1.0 g/kg)and the experimental group(dose:1.0 ml/ear).Acute eczema:the ear of SD rats was coated with drugs for 5 weeks.After 5 weeks,20 mul 5%DNCB was applied to the right ear for acute sensitization.Results After treatment,the control group and the experimental group had symptomatic scores of lichenification,erythema,and papules.The results were significantly lower than the model group(P<0.05),and the scores of mossy,erythema and papule symptoms in the positive control group and the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Serum IL-4 in the blank group,the positive control group and the experimental group after treatment.The/mL level was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).The serum IFN-γlevel in the blank group,the positive control group and the experimental group was significantly higher than the model.The levels of serum IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γin the blank group,the positive control group and the experimental group were not significantly different(P>0.05).After modeling,the difference between the positive control group and the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the blank group and the model group(P<0.05).The difference between the positive control group and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the blank group and the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyrhiza eczema cream can effectively improve skin lesions in chronic and acute eczema model rats,reduce serum il-4 and il-10 levels in SD rats,and increase ifn-gamma levels.The therapeutic effect of cyrhiza eczema cream is closely related to cytokines.
