摘 要:在老采空区场地修建建筑物时,为避免发生地面塌陷、建筑物沉降、开裂,甚至倾斜、倒塌等问题,需要对采空区地基进行加固处理。本文通过注浆法处理采空区地基工程实例,介绍了采空区地基注浆施工工艺、施工控制要点、常见问题及解决方法。采用压水试验、孔间CT等方法对注浆效果检验,注浆后钻孔压水试验稳定流量均小于50 L/min,地层岩体平均波速比注浆前提高了10%~20%,对同类工程具有借鉴意义。When building construction buildings in the old goaf,in order to avoid ground subsidence,building settlement,cracking,even tilt,collapse and other issues,it is necessary to reinforce the goaf foundation.This paper introduces the construction technology,construction control points,common problems and solutions of foundation grouting in goaf through the engineering example of foundation grouting in goaf.After grouting,the stable flow rate of water pressure test is less than 50 L/min,and the average wave velocity of rock mass is increased by 10%-20%compared with that before grouting,which has reference significance for similar projects.
