摘 要:为配色模纹织物提供新的设计思路,概述了组织与色纱配合形成配色模纹的原理,探讨了平纹织物的配色模纹设计。为了进一步丰富配色模纹设计,针对平纹织物配色模纹图案相对简单的问题,将单、双起平纹进行组合排列,同时有序变化色纱排列次序,得出了织物配色模纹图案的数量与色纱排列变化次数的公式。研究结果表明:织物上所能形成的配色模纹图案的数量是经纬色纱排列变化次数的乘积,色纱变化次数越多,形成配色模纹图案的数量越多。当经纬色纱排列变化次数均为3时,可形成9种配色模纹图案,可归纳为3种回字形配色模纹图案。In order to provide new design ideas for color-matching pattern fabrics,the principle of color-matching pattern formation with structure and color yarn was outlined,and the design of color-matching pattern for plain fabrics was discussed.In order to further enrich the design of color-matching pattern,for the problem that the color-matching pattern of plain fabric is relatively simple,the single and double plain pattern was combined and arranged,and the order of color yarn arrangement was changed in order,and the formula of the number of color-matching pattern of fabric and the number of color yarn arrangement changes was derived.The research results show that the number of color matching patterns that can be formed on the fabric is the product of the number of changes of warp and weft yarn arrangement,and the more the number of color yarn changes,the more the number of color matching patterns are formed.When the number of changes of warp and weft yarn arrangement is 3,9 kinds of color matching patterns can be formed,which can be summarized as 3 kinds of zigzag color matching patterns.
