摘  要:为了使羊绒纤维具有抗菌等保健功能,对羊绒纤维进行低温等离子体预处理及动物源蛋白功能整理,2种动物源蛋白分子(丝胶蛋白和胶原蛋白),通过氮丙啶交联剂季戊四醇—三(3—氮丙啶基)丙酸酯(PTAP)架桥获得了改性羊绒。等离子体处理分别采用氮气(N_(2))和氨气(NH_(3))气氛来诱导在纤维表面产生氨基,处理后纤维经酸性染料染色与元素分析获得评价,综合表明氨气等离子体处理羊绒的效果要优于氮气。蛋白功能剂整理羊绒纤维中,发现偏高的温度有利于氮丙啶基交联,交联剂6 g/L时接枝效果最佳,但丝胶蛋白的接枝率低于胶原蛋白接枝率。羊绒整理后的亲水性、染色性与等离子体处理后的变化不大,卷曲性发生下降,扫描电子显微镜显示表面鳞片缝隙及刻蚀沟痕被蛋白功能剂掩盖。另外,用丝胶蛋白处理的羊绒抗菌能力强于用胶原蛋白处理羊绒,胶原蛋白处理的羊绒抗氧化能力大于丝胶蛋白处理的羊绒抗氧化能力。In order to endow cashmere with antibacterial and other health functions,functional finishing of low-temperature plasma pretreated cashmere fibers was conducted to achieve modified cashmere by bridging two animal protein molecules(sericin and collagen)with cross-linking agent pentaerythritol tris[3-(1-aziridinyl)propionate](PTAP).Nitrogen(N_(2))and ammonia(NH_(3))were used to induce the formation of amino groups on the surface of the fibers,and the results were evaluated by acid dye dyeing and elemental analysis,overall situations indicated that ammonia plasma treatment cashmere is superior to that of nitrogen processed.During the cashmere finishing with protein functional agent,it was found that higher temperature was propitious to the cross-linking reaction of aziridine groups,and the optimum concentration of crosslinker was 6 g/L,but the grafting rate of sericin was lower than that of collagen.After function treatment,the moisture regain and dyeability of cashmere did not change obviously,but the crimp ability decreased,the surface scales gap and plasma-etched channel of fiber were covered up with protein molecules which can be observed by scanning electron microscope.In addition,the antibacterial activity of sericin/cashmere is stronger than that of collagen/cashmere,and the antioxidant activity of collagen/cashmere is higher than that of sericin/cashmere.
