国医大师段富津教授治疗瘾疹验案3则

摘　　要：国医大师段富津认为瘾疹是以脏腑功能失调、气血阴阳失和为内患,六淫客表为外因,内外合邪是发病关键。分析段教授治疗瘾疹之血热生风证、表虚风盛证、脾虚湿郁证3则验案,以示段教授治疗本病的临证思路。总结其治疗原则为“疏风胜湿以驱外邪,实表调血以安内患”,常用药对是荆芥-防风、苦参-苍术、黄芪-防风、生地黄-大青叶、制何首乌-当归-黄芪。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master Duan Fujin thinks that urticaria is the combination between internal factors with the dysfunction of viscera or the imbalance of qi and blood and external factors with six climate exopathogens attacking superficies,the combination of internal and external pathogenic factors is the key to the disease.To present his clinical thoughts,three cases of professor Duan's treatment of urticaria were analyzed in this paper,including wind due to blood heat,exterior deficiency with wind assailing,spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance.This article summarized major principles:dispersing wind and eliminating dampness method to drive away external pathogen,consolidating superficies and regulating blood method to ensure internal disease,and common herbal pairs to use in the treatment of the disease including Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba)-Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Kushen(Sophorae Flavescentis Radix)-Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)-Daqingye(Isatidis Folium),Zhiheshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix).
