摘　　要：由于小儿特殊的生长发育阶段,小儿肛周脓肿及肛瘘的治疗及恢复过程与成人有较大差异。目前,学者对其治疗方式及根治时间存在分歧,且临床相关对比研究较少,临床治疗缺乏指导意见。对争议较大的关键问题,结合临床实践,进行系统梳理和总结分析;对小儿肛周脓肿及肛瘘的根治性手术的手术要点及技巧,进行有效的探索总结,为构建小儿肛周脓肿及肛瘘的诊疗规范,形成治疗共识做有益的尝试。Because of the special growth and development stage of children,the treatment and recovery process of perianal abscess and fistula in children is quite different from that of adults.At present,different scholars have a great deal of controversy on its treatment and time of radical cure,and there are few reports on clinical research.Clinical treatment is lack of guidance.Combined with clinical practice,the key issues of controversy were systematically sorted out and analyzed;the key points and skills of radical operation for perianal abscess and fistula in children were summarized in order to establish the diagnostic and therapeutic criteria of perianal abscess and fistula in children and to form a consensus on treatment.
