摘 要:塑料焊接工艺广泛应用在汽车内饰件的生产上,侧门内开启手柄也普遍利用热焊接工艺固定在车门饰板上。但在售后维修时,维修技师对内开启手柄的焊接结构缺乏便捷有效的维修方案,无法单独维修内开启手柄,必须更换门内饰板总成,这导致了客户维修成本增加、售后体验变差。采用扣紧螺母将内开启手柄安装在车门饰板上可以满足售后维修要求,该方案可以作为一种便捷有效的汽车侧门内开启手柄焊接结构的售后维修方案。Plastic welding technology is widely used in the production of automobile interior trim,and the side door inside release handle is generally mounted to the door trim by heat welding technology.However,during the aftersales main-tenance,the technicians lack a convenient and effective service strategy for the welding structure of the inside release handle,so they cannot serve the handle independently but must replace the door trim assembly which leads to increased customers’maintenance cost and worse aftersales experience.Using pal nuts to fix the inside release handle on the door trim can satisfy the aftersales maintenance requirements.This can be used as a convenient and effective aftersales mainten-ance strategy for the welding structure of the side door inside release handle.
