摘 要:采用共溶胶凝胶法制备锰铈复合氧化物(MnCeOx)催化剂,用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂进行表征。研究了不同体系的降解脱色情况,探究了pH、初始浓度、催化剂用量、超声功率对降解脱色的影响。结果表明,在超声波条件下pH为1,初始浓度为120 mg/L,MnCeOx催化剂用量为0.012 g、超声功率为80 W时降解脱色效果最佳。降解过程遵循二级动力学方程模式,紫外谱图说明酸性大红3R经催化超声可以得到有效的脱色降解。The MnCeOx catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The degradation and decolorization of different systems were studied,the effects of pH,initial concentration,catalyst dosage and ultrasonic power on degradation were investigated.The results showed that the decolorization effect was the best when the pH was 1,the initial concentration was 120 mg/L,the dosage of MnCeOx catalyst was 0.012 g and the ultrasonic power was 80 w.The degradation process followed the second-order kinetic equation model,the ultraviolet spectrum showed that the acid red 3R could be effectively decolorized and degraded by catalytic ultrasound.
