慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居家肺康复需求问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者居家肺康复需求问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法以居家肺康复概念为指导,查阅文献并结合14名COPD患者质性访谈的结果构建条目池形成初量表,经过专家咨询、课题组讨论、预实验与正式调查形成正式测试版问卷,并进行信效度检验。结果经探索性因子分析,提取6个公因子,方差累计贡献率为65.88%,共30个条目。Cronbach’sα系数为0.866,问卷总体重测信度系数为0.977;问卷总体水平内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.981,所有条目与问卷总分的相关系数值为0.329~0.573。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居家肺康复需求问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居家肺康复需求的评价工具。Objective:To develop a home-based lung rehabilitation demand assessment questionnaire and test the reliability and validity of the scale.Methods:Guided by the concept of home lung rehabilitation,we consulted the literature and combined the results of qualitative interviews with 14 COPD patients to build an initial scale of entry pool formation.After expert consultation,research group discussions,pre-experiments and formal surveys,a formal test questionnaire was formed,and the reliability was tested.Results:After exploratory factor analysis,6 common factors were extracted(demand assessment needs,respiratory function training needs,exercise training needs,psychological needs,health education content needs,and home lung rehabilitation acquisition form requirements).The cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.88%,with 30 entries.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient is 0.866,and the overall retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.977.The overall level content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire was 0.981.The correlation coefficients between all the items and the total score of the questionnaire were 0.329~0.573.Conclusion:The home lung rehabilitation needs questionnaire for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has good reliability and validity, and can beused as an assessment tool for home lung rehabilitation needs of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease.
