摘 要:目的为了探讨常用抗生素与蘘荷配伍后的联合抑菌效果。方法使用蘘荷、头孢拉定、左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松、青霉素和头孢呋辛为试验药物,使用金黄色葡萄球菌作为试验菌种,采用倍比稀释法和棋盘稀释法分别检测最小抑菌浓度和联合抑菌浓度指数。结果表明蘘荷、青霉素、头孢拉定、头孢曲松、头孢呋辛、左氧氟沙星对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为32 mg/mL和0.25、2、2、0.5、0.125μg/mL,蘘荷分别与头孢曲松、青霉素联用后表现为相加作用,蘘荷分别与头孢拉定、头孢呋辛联用后表现为无关作用,蘘荷与左氧氟沙星联用后表现为拮抗作用。结论表明蘘荷分别与头孢曲松、青霉素联用可以达到高效抑制金黄色葡萄的作用,对蘘荷临床应用具有参考意义。Objective:To investigate the antibacterial effect of common antibiotics combined with Zingber mioga in vitro.Methods:Zingber mioga,penicillin,cefradine,ceftriaxone,cefuroxime and levofloxacin were selected as investigational drug,and the Staphylococcus aureus was selected as the tested bacterium,and then the method of double dilution and chessboard dilution method were used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentration and fractional inhibitory concentration,respectively.Results:The results showed that the minimal inhibitory concentration of Z.mioga,penicillin,cefradine,ceftriaxone,cefuroxime and levofloxaci were 32 mg/mL,0.25 μg/mL, 2 μg/mL, 2 μg/mL, 0.5 μg/mL and 0.125 μg/mL, respectively. It showed the additive action inantibacterial effect for the combination of Z. mioga with penicillin or ceftriaxone, independent action for thecombination with cefradine or cefuroxime, and antagonistic action for the combination with levofloxacin.Conclusion: The combination of Z. mioga and penicillin or ceftriaxone can effectively inhibit the S. aureus,which has a reference for the clinical application.
