摘  要:完整性管理是保证在用设备安全运行至关重要的技术手段,在役常压储罐完整性管理的主要步骤包括数据采集与整合、风险评估、完整性检测与完整性评价、完整性评价响应及效能评价。储罐的完整性检测以腐蚀检测为主要内容,完整性评价包括储罐安全状态与标准的符合性评价和剩余寿命评价。为做好储罐的完整性管理工作,应从建立基础数据库入手,综合运用风险评估、检验策略优化、完整性检测、完整性评价和合于使用评价等方法,完善在用常压储罐完整性评估相关技术标准。Integrity management is one of the most important tactics to ensure the equipment safety operation.The integrity management of atmospheric tanks in service mainly includes collection and integration of data,risk assessment,integrity inspection and evaluation,responding to the evaluation,as well as efficiency evaluation.Integrity inspection of storage is mainly corrosion detecting,and its integrity evaluation includes tank safety state and standard compliance evaluation and residual life evaluation.In order to do well the integrity management work of atmospheric storage tanks,we should start with the establishment of basic database,comprehensively use the methods of risk assessment,perform optimization of inspection strategy,integrity inspection,integrity evaluation and fitness for service evaluation,etc.,and perfect the relevant technical standards of integrity evaluation for atmospheric storage tanks in service.
