摘  要:为了对LHT-100霍尔推力器开展热分析及热设计优化,根据放电通道能量平衡关系,建立各项能量损耗微观表达式,采用PIC-MCC法对推力器工作过程进行了数值模拟,通过统计等离子体微观参数获得各项能量损耗并进行了实验验证.研究结果显示:激发损耗为51.1 W,电离损耗为66.2 W,阳极损耗为55.4 W,束流损耗为815.4 W,内壁面损耗为144.7 W,外壁面损耗为170.5 W;推力器稳定工作时有效能量损耗所占比为61.7%,耗散能量中带电粒子在壁面的能量沉积最大,等离子体产生成本次之,电子在阳极的能量沉积最小;仿真结果与测试数据具有较好的一致性,最大误差小于4.6%.研究结果为霍尔推力器放电通道能量损耗计算提供了一种新思路.Numerical simulations are here used to accurately obtain the energy loss in the discharge channel of a LHT-100 Hall thruster, and to further carry out thermal analysis and performance optimization. These simulations serve as the basis for an analysis and discussion of these critical issues. The energy loss expression, as a function of microscopic particle parameters, is established based on the energy balance relationship in the discharge channel. First, the discharge process is simulated by particles using the Particle-In-Cell-Monte Carlo Collision(PIC-MCC) method. Then the energy loss is calculated directly by statistics of the plasma parameters, and finally a verification experiment is performed. The results show that excitation energy loss is 51.1 W, ionization energy loss is 66.2 W, anode energy loss is 55.4 W, beam energy loss is 815.4 W, inner wall energy loss is 144.7 W, and outer wall energy loss is 170.5 W. the effective energy loss ratio is 61.7%, with other energy dissipation due mainly to three factors: the energy of deposition of charged particles on the wall, the plasma reaction cost, and the energy of deposition of electrons on the anode, which is relatively minimal.There is good agreement between the numerical calculation and a test, with a maximum error less than 4.5%. In sum, this study develops a new idea for calculating energy loss in the discharge channel of a Hall thruster.
