摘 要:纯锌金属或锌基合金在加工过程中通常形成织构并引起材料的各向异性,获得织构信息对金属材料加工与应用十分重要。利用锌单晶的晶体结构数据、吴氏网、极图与织构的定义建立了纯锌金属任意织构的标准极图的计算方法。绘制了金属锌常见织构的标准极图,为纯锌金属或锌基合金的织构表征标准化和智能化提供了理论支撑。The textures of pure zinc metal or zinc-based alloys are usually formed in the process of processing,which can cause the anisotropy of materials. It is very important to obtain the texture information for the processing and application of metal materials. Based on the crystal structure data of zinc single crystal and the definition of Wulf’s net,pole figure and texture,the calculation method of standard pole figures for arbitrary texture of pure zinc metal was established. The standard pole figures of some common textures of zinc metal were prepared. It provided the theoretical support for standardization and intelligence of the texture characterization of the pure zinc metals or zinc-based alloys.
