摘　　要：布托啡诺是一种阿片受体的激动拮抗剂,主要激动κ受体,对μ受体有激动拮抗的双重作用,其具有中度的镇痛作用,同时对呼吸循环抑制较轻,不良反应较少,广泛应用于临床镇痛工作中。Butorphanol is a kind of agonist antagonist of opioid receptor,which is mainly activated byκreceptor and has dual effects of agonist and antagonist onμreceptor.It has moderate analgesic effect.At the same time,there was less inhibition of respiratory circulation and less adverse reactions.It is widely used in clinical analgesia.
