摘　　要：总结张志远应用柴胡的临证经验。其对柴胡的认识,以历代医家之言为基,以自身临证经验为据,推陈出新,从药性、功效、选用三个方面分别提出柴胡“升降论”“退热降温论”“选药论”,并对经方小柴胡汤、四逆散的运用加以发挥,同时强调注重药量、配伍的变化。This paper summarized professor ZHANG Zhiyuan's experience in using Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri).Based on the knowledge he has learnt from the literature of doctors in past dynasties,as well as the experience he has accumulated in the clinical practice,professor ZHANG Zhiyuan makes his own understanding of Chihu in terms of medicinal nature,function and selection.Accordingly,he puts forward the“ascending and descending theory”,“heat clearing and cooling theory”and“herbal selection theory”.He also gives full play to the application of classical prescriptions including Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)and Sini San(四逆散),and emphasizes the modification of dosage and the combination of medicinals.
