摘　　要：目的比较伴有卵巢多囊样改变(PCOM)和不伴PCOM多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)痰湿阻滞型患者临床特征、内分泌水平差异。方法依据超声学检查结果,将受试者分为PCOM组281例和非PCOM组194例。比较两组患者年龄、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、痤疮评分、毛发评分等基线特征,卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、泌乳素、性激素结合球蛋白等内分泌指标水平。结果与非PCOM组相比,PCOM组舒张压较低(P=0.0004),毛发评分高(P=0.0005),月经周期较长(P=0.0322);睾酮与雌二醇比值(T/E2)较高(P=0.0384)。两组其他指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCOM和非PCOM痰湿阻滞型PCOS患者临床特征存在差异,PCOM PCOS患者舒张压低,毛发多,月经周期长,T/E2高。Objective To compare the clinical characteristics and endocrine levels in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients of phlegm-damp obstruction with or without polycystic ovarian morphology(PCOM).Methods According to the ultrasound examination results,patients were classified into PCOM group(281 patients)and non-PCOM group(194 patients).Baseline characteristics such as age,height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,acne score,hair score were compared between groups;levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,progesterone,testosterone,prolactin,sex hormone-binding globulin,and other endocrine indexes were assessed.Results Compared to non-PCOM group,PCOM group had lower diastolic blood pressure(P=0.0004),higher hair score(P=0.0005),longer menstrual cycles(P=0.0322),and higher ratio of testosterone to estradiol(T/E2)(P=0.0384),while there were no significant differences between groups in other outcomes(P>0.05).Conclusion There are differences between PCOS patients with or without PCOM,and patients with PCOM seem to have lower diastolic blood pressure,more hair,longer menstrual period,and higher ratio of T/E2.
