摘 要:随着酸轧机组高强钢排量的增加,带钢酸洗过程产生了大量的硅泥,硅泥引起管道、石墨换热器、酸洗过滤器和酸洗喷嘴堵塞,影响酸系统仪表测量精度,造成管道阀门关闭不严等不良情况,严重制约机组正常运行。介绍了硅泥成分及形成机理,并系统总结分析了硅泥对某冷轧酸轧机组酸洗设备的影响情况,有助于同类机组人员加强对硅泥的认识,提前做到研究与防范。With the increase in the output of high-strength steel in the pickling mill,a large amount of s ilicon mud is produced in the pickling process of strip steel,these conditions that pipes,graphite heat exchangers,pickling filters and spray beams is blocked by silicon mud,the measurement accuracy of the acid system instrument is affected,the pipeline valve is not closed tightly are caused.In the end,the normal operation of the unit was severely restricted.This article introduces the composition and formation mechanism of silicon mud,and systematic analysis summarized the influence of silicon mud on the pickling equipment of a cold rolling pickling mill,to help similar crew members improve their understanding of silicon mud and strengthen research and prevention.
